Located in Nevyansk, Sverdlovsk in Russian Federation, Technomash LLC (hereafter referred to as Technomash) covers an area of 32,000 square meters and employs 330 people, including 30 Chinese employees.
From 2011 to 2017, Hilong Group has invested a total of 1 billion roubles in Russia through Technomash: the internal coating production line has started production and operation since 2012; the first drill pipe line has been completed by the end of 2016 and another drill pipe line and tool joint production line has been completed in 2017 with all lines passing the certification of Russian national standard, IOS and API international quality systems.
In 2017, Technomash completed the production of drill pipes of 16,500 tons, and the production of drill pipe and tubing coating of 1.2 million meters in total. Coating production covers liquids TC-2000, TC-3000C, TC-3000F and powders TC-2000P, TC-3200, TC-3520, TC-3000FP, etc.
Technomash maintains close cooperation with Russian TMK, OMK, Chelyabinsk and other pipe plants, successfully developing 125 customers such as Gazprom, Rosneft, Lukoil, Bashneft, and expanding the coating business to Kazakhstan and other markets of Commonwealth of Independent States.
At present, Technomash has the following production capabilities:
1. Production of oil drilling tools - annual production capability of 32,000 tons of drill pipes
2. Linepipe and drill pipe internal coating - annual coating capability of 2 million meters
3. Hardbanding products for drilling tools - annual welding capability of 6,000 tool joint productions
4 Tool jointproduction line - annual production capability of 8,000 pairs of tool joint productions
5. Tubing, drilli⛄ng tools and pi♋peline services
